Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using CareBrief. By using the website or app, you agree to use CareBrief responsibly and understand that it is an organization tool, not a medical service.
Last updated: July 30, 20261. Acceptance
By accessing CareBrief, downloading the app, or using any CareBrief feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CareBrief.
2. What CareBrief provides
CareBrief helps you record GLP-1 treatment-related notes and organize them into visit reports. Features may include dose logs, symptom check-ins, reminders, progress entries, photos, questions, PDF exports, and report previews.
CareBrief is currently free to use. Features may change over time, and we will update these terms when material changes affect how the service is provided.
3. Not medical advice
CareBrief does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision support, medication management, or dosing recommendations. CareBrief does not replace your clinician.
Always consult your prescribing clinician before making treatment, medication, nutrition, or dose-related decisions. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
4. Your records and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- You decide whether to export or share a report and with whom.
- You are responsible for protecting your device, exported reports, and backups.
- Do not enter information about another person unless you have the legal right and permission to do so.
5. Access
CareBrief is currently free to use.
If access terms change materially in the future, we will update these terms and provide clear notice.
6. Acceptable use

7. Third-party services
CareBrief may link to or depend on third-party services such as app stores, hosting providers, support email, fonts, or device operating-system features. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies may apply.
8. Disclaimers
CareBrief is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that CareBrief will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every medical situation.
Reports are based on information you record and are intended to support conversations with your clinician, not to make clinical conclusions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareBrief and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or treatment decisions made without clinician guidance.
10. Termination
